Beatrix Bohony and László Zöld are the lovely people behind Hungarian design house, Marbushka.

Marbushka produce toys with the aim of creating toys that beautiful to look at, fun to play with and to be cherished for generations. All toys are primarily lovingly made by hand, using environment-friendly materials (wood, paper, semi-precious stones), because they believe that the culture manifested in the objects around our children, is just as important as the education with which we are shaping their intellect.

Drawing inspiration from fairytales and all things magic, we are totally smiten with this new range of games.

Exploring a new island is a true adventure! Especially if its filled with opposites! Our pirate captain was forced to lay anchor at an island to replenish his supplies. By the time he gathered everything he needed, he became much wiser than he had been before he arrived. Long-short, happy-sad game not only to be enjoyed by children! We have hidden a surprise coin in the game (a different one in every game) and all figures are painted by hand.
