What is your return policy?
At littlbabycompany.com our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you or your little one are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges, or for a store credit or exchange. Up to 30 days we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on sale.

Placing an order
Placing an order on littlebabycompany.com is easy.
To place an order, simply locate the product or products you are interested in and click on the "Add to shopping bag" button. You can view your shopping bag anytime by clicking on the "View shopping bag” text in the upper right hand corner of the site. Once you have the items you would like to purchase in your basket just click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the shopping bag page.
Don’t forget that if any of your products are presents, these can be gift wrapped by ourselves at a cost of £3 per item (or as a total cost if there are more than one item in the same present). Just tick the “gift wrapping” box and add any instructions in the box at the bottom (such as different address to deliver these to etc.)
Once proceeding to checkout, simply follow the instructions and don’t forget to add any discount or voucher codes that you might have been issued with. Payment will be processed securely and an order confirmation with your order details and an order number will be sent via email to the email address you have provided. Please keep this email for any future reference or correspondence.
Finally, a delivery email will be sent notifying you of us having posted your items and that you can expect your goods within the next 3-5 days or in accordance with your chosen delivery options.
Gift wrapping
Should you choose to have an item gift wrapped, this will come in our signature vanilla white wrapping paper with sage green grosgrain ribbon, complete with a gift tag customised for you at a charge of £3 per item.
Adding gift wrapping saves you from buying the wrapping and doing the work! You can also choose an address to where you want your gift to be delivered. Should this be the case, please give appropriate instructions and the new address in the "special instructions" box.
At the checkout you may choose to wrap individual items or complete orders in one gift box. Please state your preferences in the “extra information” box.
Checkout problems?
For the shopping cart to function properly your system and web browser must be functioning properly. One or more of the following issues could cause the shopping cart to fail:
Your system clock is not current. Being months or years off can cause problems when shopping.
Your browser's cookies are not configured properly. The shopping cart relies on cookies to pass data to the website (see below).
